Exchanges and Returns
- Within 7 days of receiving the product. However, for home appliances, if the packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in loss of product value, exchanges/returns are not possible.
- If the product or service you received differs from the description or advertisement, or if the product is performed differently, exchanges and returns are possible within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges and Returns are not possible
- If the product is lost or damaged due to a cause attributable to the customer. However, this does not apply if the packaging was damaged to check the product contents.
- If the packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in loss of product value.

- If the product's value has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption. However, for cosmetics, this only applies if a trial product has been provided. - If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.

 

- If the packaging of a product that can be duplicated has been damaged.

Refunds are not available for custom-made items. These items are custom-made to fit each individual's body type and design, and are made after extensive consultation with us. Therefore, refunds and returns are not accepted.
